Terms & Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
a) Trader: Evelyn Helmsley
b) Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the Trader and to every distance contract concluded between the Trader and the Consumer.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer is subject to a limited period of validity or specific conditions, this will be clearly stated in the offer.
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is concluded at the moment the Consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the conditions set out therein.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of a product within at least 30 days without giving any reason.
The Trader may ask for the reason for withdrawal but may not oblige the Consumer to provide one.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If the Consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they shall bear at most the cost of returning the goods.
If the Consumer has already made a payment, the Trader shall refund this amount as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal.
Article 8 – Price
The Trader may offer products or services whose prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial market beyond the Trader’s control. In such cases, the offer shall state that prices are indicative and subject to change.
Price increases within three months after the conclusion of the contract are permitted only if they result from legal regulations.
Price increases after three months are permitted only if:
– they result from legal regulations, or
– the Consumer is entitled to terminate the contract as of the date the price increase takes effect.
The place of delivery is the country from which the shipment originates.
For deliveries outside the UK or EU, postal or courier services may charge VAT and/or import duties upon import. The Trader does not charge VAT in such cases.
All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of such errors. The Trader is not obliged to deliver products at an incorrect price.
Article 9 – Conformity and Warranty
The Trader guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, reasonable standards of usability and reliability, and applicable laws and regulations in force at the time the contract is concluded.
Article 10 – Delivery and Performance
The Trader shall exercise due care when receiving and fulfilling orders for products and when assessing requests for services.
Article 11 – Fixed-Term and Indefinite Contracts: Duration, Termination and Renewal
The Consumer may terminate an indefinite contract for the regular supply of products or services at any time, subject to the agreed notice period.
Article 12 – Payment
Payment must be made within 14 days after the start of the withdrawal period or, if no withdrawal period applies, within 14 days after the conclusion of the contract.
For service contracts, this period begins on the day the Consumer receives confirmation of the contract.
Article 13 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints regarding the performance of the contract must be submitted to the Trader clearly and in full within 7 days after the Consumer has identified the defect.
Article 14 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and all contracts between the Trader and the Consumer shall be governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, even if the Consumer resides abroad.
Article 15 – SMS Marketing
The Consumer may withdraw consent to receive SMS marketing messages using the same simple method by which consent was given.
The Trader must be able to demonstrate that consent was obtained.
Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it.
