Shipping Availability

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (UK).

Order Processing

After placing an order, processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
Once processed, the order is handed over to the courier service, which usually delivers the shipment within 7–14 business days, depending on location and external factors.


Shipping Costs

All orders qualify for free shipping.
There is no minimum order value or quantity required to receive free delivery.


Delivery Delays

During periods of increased demand (e.g. seasonal sales or holidays), order processing and delivery may be delayed.

In such cases, we kindly ask for your patience and allow up to an additional 3 business days for delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage immediately and contact our customer support team, providing your order number and the photographic evidence.


Shipping Model & Fulfilment Information

The store operated by Evelyn Helmsley acts as an intermediary and cooperates with suppliers who operate logistics centres located in China.

As a result:

  • Items from a single order may be shipped separately if sourced from different suppliers.

  • Delivery times may be longer than those of traditional UK-based retailers due to direct international shipping.

Standard delivery typically takes several to several business days, depending on logistics and destination.


Chinese New Year Delays

Please note that during late January and early February, delivery times may be extended due to Chinese New Year, during which manufacturers and logistics providers may temporarily suspend or limit operations.

These delays are beyond the Seller’s control. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.


Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is possible only on the day the order is placed, up to 6 hours after purchase, provided the order has not yet entered the processing stage.

After this time, the order cannot be cancelled.
