Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with UK consumer protection law.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer, or a third party indicated by the Consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, the Seller shall refund the Consumer the amount actually paid for the goods, excluding return shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day the Seller is informed of the withdrawal.
The Seller may withhold the refund until:

the returned goods are received, or

the Consumer provides proof of having sent the goods back,
whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless the Consumer expressly agrees otherwise and provided no additional costs are incurred.
The Seller does not charge any handling fee or restocking fee.
3. Withdrawal Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail sent to:
The Seller may provide a withdrawal form template, but its use is not mandatory.
4. Return of Goods
The Consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed the Seller of the withdrawal.
5. Return Address
The exact return address will be provided to the Consumer by e-mail after the withdrawal request has been submitted.
6. Consumer Responsibility
The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The Consumer is advised to return the goods:

in the original packaging,

with all labels and accessories,
where possible.
The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Returned goods are sent to the Seller’s logistics warehouse located outside the European Union – China.
The Seller is not responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or import charges incurred during the return process.
7. Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is possible only on the day the order is placed, up to a maximum of 6 hours after purchase, provided that the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
This provision does not limit the Consumer’s statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
